Availability service applications Catalog and Cohorts allow you to freely examine Finnish biobanks’ ICD-10 Catalog at aggregate-level and browse Finnish biobanks’ collections with easy-to-use visual Cohorts. The Catalog and Cohorts applications let you search and filter all available samples and data from all biobank data repositories as well as biobank cohorts suitable for the right research need.

By registering, you can submit a feasibility request for more detailed information about the sample and data availability.

The Requests service lets you conduct feasibility and access requests to plan your study more smartly with less effort and a wider outreach. It speeds up your access to the needed samples, data, or study participants for clinical studies. Both feasibility and access requests can be made simply by registering or logging in to Fingenious Service and filling out your request, streamlining the whole process.
