HealthHub Finland was co-funded by the European Union as part of the European EDIH network, which aimed to develop the digital capabilities of SMEs and public sector organizations in the member states of the European Union. Contacting multiple sources and dealing with multiple processes to access research materials can be cumbersome and time-consuming, especially considering the urgency which is typical in industry research projects.\",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}}]},{\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\",\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"The digital Fingenious® service by FINBB provides a customer-centered approach with a streamlined process and one point of contact throughout the project. It offers a single, efficient gateway to the biodata and samples of all Finnish public biobanks, enabling research and development based on longitudinal healthcare data and genetic information. It also enables digitally recontacting biobank donors for further studies. The SMEs who have benefitted from the Fingenious® service range from diagnostics and healthcare solution development, biomarker, drug discovery and clinical-stage biotech companies to CROs as well as AI-based solution and health-related software developers. Thus, Fingenious® serves a wide range of research efforts.
